Connect AiXios to tools like Canva, Airtable, or Discord using custom API integrations through platforms like Zapier.

Set Up Zapier Connection: #

Log into your aiXios account and open zapier.com in a new browser tab. Log into your Zapier account (or create a free account). Click “Create Zap” in the Zapier dashboard. Search and select “Webhooks by Zapier,” choose “Catch Hook” as the trigger event. Leave the “Child Key” field empty, click “Continue” and copy the webhook URL provided.

Configure Webhook in AiXios: #

In aiXios, go to “Automation” > “Workflows” and click “+ Create Workflow.” Add a trigger: select “Contact Created” or “Form Submitted.” Add an action: select “Webhook.” In the webhook action settings: Set Method to “POST” and paste the webhook URL you copied from Zapier. Click “Save” and then “Publish” the workflow.

Complete Integration and Test: #

Add a new test contact in aiXios, then go back to Zapier and click “Test Trigger” to ensure Zapier receives the contact data. Click “+” to add a new action in Zapier and choose the app you want to connect (e.g., Google Sheets, Discord, Gmail, etc.). Map the data fields by matching aiXios fields like name, email, phone with fields in your target app. Click “Test & Continue” to check if the integration works. Name your Zap and toggle it to “ON” to activate. Verify the integration by adding another new contact in aiXios and checking your connected app to confirm data is received correctly.
