Missed Call Automation Overview: #
Convert missed calls into leads using automated follow-up workflows.
Navigate to Workflow Creation: #
Log into your aiXios account and on the left sidebar, click on “Automation.” In the Automation menu, select “Workflows” to view your existing workflows. Click the “+ New Workflow” button to start setting up your missed call follow-up process. Give your new workflow a clear name, such as “Missed Call Follow-Up.”
Set Up the Trigger: #
In the workflow trigger options, choose “Call Status” as the trigger event. Then, add a filter for Call Status and select the following options: No Answer, Canceled, and Busy.
Add Actions: #
Click to add an action and select “Send SMS” from the action types. In the SMS editor, enter your follow-up message, for example: “We missed you! Schedule a call back?” Confirm and save the SMS action. Next, add another action to update the lead management process. Choose the action that allows you to “Create/Update Opportunities.” Then, select the appropriate pipeline and pipeline stage where you want the opportunity to be placed. Save the pipeline action.
Activate and Test: #
Review your workflow to ensure that the trigger and both actions are correctly set up. Once you’re satisfied, toggle the workflow switch to “ON” to make it active. To verify that everything is working correctly, simulate a missed call on your selected aiXios phone number and check that the SMS message is sent as expected.
