Automate client onboarding without manual work using advanced workflow features.
Create Onboarding Workflow: #
Log in to your aiXios account and on the left menu, click “Automation,” then select “Workflows.” Click the “+ New Workflow” button to start a new automation. Select “Form Submitted” as the trigger event. Choose the specific form that will initiate the workflow (e.g., “New Client Signup Form”).
Add Multiple Actions: #
Click “Add Action” and choose “Send Email.” Use the email editor to write a personalized welcome message. Click “Add Action” again and select “Create/Update Opportunity.” Under pipeline settings: Choose the “Onboarding” pipeline and select the “New Client” stage. Click “Add Action” and select “Assign to User.” Create a task like “Schedule Kickoff Call” and assign it to the appropriate team member.
Activate Workflow: #
Toggle the workflow switch ON to enable automation. Click Save to finalize and complete the setup. This workflow will now automatically handle new client onboarding by sending welcome emails, creating opportunities, and assigning tasks to team members.
