Email Deliverability Setup: #

Stop emails from landing in spam by setting up custom domains for email deliverability.

Initial Setup: #

Log in to your aiXios account and buy a custom domain from GoDaddy or Namecheap (e.g., mail.yourbrand.com). Access email settings in aiXios by going to Settings > Email Services, then click on Dedicated Domain And IP.

Domain Verification Process: #

Click Add Domain, enter your domain (e.g., reply.yourbrand.com), then click Add & Verify. Copy the TXT, CNAME, and MX records shown in aiXios. Go to your domain provider’s DNS settings and paste all the DNS records (TXT, CNAME, MX) into the DNS zone.

DMARC Configuration: #

Create a DMARC record using easydmarc.com and add the DMARC record to your domain’s DNS settings. Save all changes and wait 24–48 hours for DNS records to propagate. After that, send a test email using your new domain and use mail-tester.com to check spam score and inbox delivery.
