Configuring Round Robin Booking Calendars

Round Robin Calendar Overview: #

Assign appointments to your team using the Round Robin booking method. This rotates new appointments to all team members based on availability or the order you set.

Create Round Robin Calendar: #

Log in to your aiXios account and on the left sidebar, click “Settings,” then click on “Calendar.” In the Calendar section, click the “Create Calendar” button. Select “Round Robin Booking” to distribute appointments evenly among team members.

Configure Team and Availability: #

Scroll down to the Assign Member section and click “Add Team Members.” Select the team members who will handle bookings. Optionally set a priority or assign to a group like “Sales Team” to control booking order. Go to the Availability tab and define working hours by choosing available days and time slots for each member. Mark holidays and non-working days as unavailable.

Publish and Test Calendar: #

Once setup is complete, click the “Publish” button. Copy the generated calendar link to embed on your website or share with clients. Open the calendar link in a different browser window and submit a test booking to ensure appointments are being fairly and evenly assigned to team members.
