Create and Configure Chat Widget: #
Log in to your aiXios account and from the left menu, click “Sites,” then select “Chat Widget.” Click the “+ New” button and choose “Live Chat.” Enter a name for your chat widget (e.g., “Support Bot”). Customize your widget’s appearance and behavior: Adjust colors, icons, welcome message, and chat position. Set a title and greeting message. Add or remove contact form fields. Choose your preferred language.
