Navigate and Create Webinar Funnel: #

Open your browser, go to the aiXios login page, and log in. From the left menu, go to “Sites” → “Webinars.” Click on “+ New Webinar Funnel” and select the Webinar Funnel option: On Demand Webinar or Live Webinar. (If you select ‘Live Webinar’, then you’ll need to integrate Zoom.)

Complete Webinar Setup Wizard: #

Step 1: Webinar Details – Enter the name of your webinar (e.g., “Mastering Sales in 2025”). Step 2: Select Form – Choose the Viewer Registration Form. Step 3: Select Video – Upload or select your pre-recorded webinar video or embed from YouTube/Vimeo. Step 4: Templates – Pick a pre-designed webinar template to fast-track your design.

Customize and Set Up Automation: #

After completing the 4 steps, customize the Registration Page, Thank You Page, and Webinar Watch Page using the drag-and-drop builder. Go to “Automations” → “Create Workflow.” Use the “Webinar Funnel Automation” template with Trigger: Form Submitted (Webinar Registration Form) and Actions: Send confirmation email/SMS with webinar access link. Once everything looks good, click “Publish Funnel” and copy the funnel URL to share via email, social media, or paid ads.
