Team Pipeline Management: #
Track leads from first contact to closed deal using structured pipeline management for sales teams.
Create and Configure Pipeline: #
Open your browser, go to the aiXios login page, and log in. Locate “Opportunities” in the left menu and click on the pipeline tab at the top. Click the “+ New Pipeline” button to create a new pipeline. In the setup window, enter the name “Sales Pipeline” and confirm to create it. Within your new Sales Pipeline, add each stage by clicking “Add Stage.” Create the stages in order—start with “New Lead,” then “Contacted,” followed by “Demo Scheduled,” and finally “Closed Won.” Save your stages once you have added them.
Automate Stage Transitions: #
Navigate to your workflow or automation settings in the dashboard. Set up an automation trigger for an Email event such as “Email Opened.” Configure the automation so that when an email is opened by a lead, the lead’s record is automatically moved from “New Lead” to “Contacted.” Save and test the trigger to ensure the stage transition happens correctly.
Assign Tasks at Each Stage: #
Return to the pipeline editor and configure task assignments for each stage. For example, in the “New Lead” stage, add a reminder task prompting your team to follow up within a set period. In subsequent stages, add tasks like scheduling a demo or making a call, depending on the stage’s requirements. Save these task reminders so that they automatically notify the assigned team members when a lead enters that stage. Go through your pipeline setup and automation rules to ensure everything is configured correctly.
