Automating Tasks with Workflows

Workflow Automation Overview: #

Workflows and automations allow you to perform tasks when clients take specific actions. Create a workflow that automatically sends emails and texts when a client fills out a form.

Create and Set Up Workflow: #

Log in to your aiXios account and on the left sidebar, click “Automation,” then select “Workflows.” Click the “+ New Workflow” button. Click “Add Trigger” and choose Form Submitted as the trigger event. Select the specific form that should start the workflow.

Add Actions to Workflow: #

Click “Add Action” and select Send Email. Write your welcome email message and save the action. Click “Add Action” again and choose the Wait action. Set the wait time to 2 days and save. Click “Add Action” one more time and select Send SMS. Write a follow-up check-in SMS message and save the action.

Activate and Test Workflow: #

Turn the workflow ON using the toggle switch and save all your changes. Optionally, submit the selected form to verify the flow and confirm that the email is sent immediately and the SMS is sent after 2 days.
