Client Billing Overview: #

Charge clients seamlessly through AiXios using products and recurring billing.

Create a Product: #

Open your browser, go to the aiXios login page, and log in to access your dashboard. In the left menu, click “Payments.” Select “Products” to open the product management page. Click “Add Product” to create a new service. Enter a product name (for example, “SEO Package – $1,500/mo”) and fill in the necessary details such as description, price, and any other relevant information. Save the product. Within the product setup or from the Payments section, enable recurring billing. Choose the billing cycle (weekly, monthly, etc.) that matches the service offering.

Send Invoices: #

Navigate to “Invoices” in the Payment option. Click “+ New.” Then, select either New Invoice or New Recurring Invoice, depending on your needs. Select the client from your contacts list and choose the relevant product/service. Review the invoice details to confirm the correct amount and billing period, and add product to invoice. Send the invoice using the available options (via email or SMS).

Track Payments: #

Go to “Transactions” in the payment option to view all billing activity. Monitor paid versus unpaid invoices using the available filters. Review the transaction history to ensure all payments are up to date.
