Create and Design Chat Bot: #

Open your browser, go to the aiXios login page, and log in. In the left menu, click on “Sites,” then under the Sites section, select “Chat Widget.” Click the “+ New” button to create a new chat widget. In the New Bot Creation window, choose the “Live Chat” option and enter a name for your bot (e.g., Booking Buddy) in the Name field. Set the Initial Bot Message to: “Hi! How can I assist you today? 😊”

Configure Conversation AI for Booking: #

Go to the Conversation AI tab in the Settings section. At the top, click on Bot Goal. To enable appointment booking: Scroll down and select the “Appointment” option and add your desired calendar to let the bot schedule appointments. To enable website crawling: Look for the “Web crawler” section, enter the URL(s) of the website you want the bot to crawl. The bot will then be able to answer questions based on that site’s content.

Publish and Deploy Chatbot: #

Click the Publish button to save and activate your bot. Embed the bot on your website or share its direct link so visitors can start chatting with it and booking appointments automatically.
