Form Creation Overview: #

Forms are essential for capturing leads and collecting information directly into your CRM. Learn how to build a basic contact form to use on your landing pages, websites, or marketing campaigns.

Create and Build Your Form: #

On the main dashboard, click Sites, then select Forms. Click the “Create New Form” button to start a fresh form. On the left you’ll see available form fields such as Full Name, Email, Phone, and Custom Fields. Drag and drop these fields onto the form canvas: Drag Full Name onto the form canvas, drag Email onto the form canvas (click on it and check “Required”), optionally add additional fields like a Large Text field for “Message” or a custom field for specific questions.

Customize Submit Button and Settings: #

At the bottom of your form, click the Submit button element. Change the button text to something clear, like “Submit” or “Request Info”. On the right side, click the options icon and select Options tab. Choose the “on submit” option and configure the Thank You message that appears after the form is submitted, such as: “Thank you! We’ll be in touch soon.” Alternatively, enter a URL to redirect users to a thank-you page. Click the Save Form button at the top-right corner. Enter a descriptive name for your form (like “Contact Form”), and click save.

Add Form to Website: #

Back on the Forms page, find your new form in the list. Click the Integrate Form button (embed code icon) next to your form. You’ll see options for an embed code (to add to external websites) or a direct form link. Alternatively, insert the form directly into an AiXios landing page: Edit your landing page in the Funnel Builder, drag a Form element onto your page, select your new form from the dropdown menu. Your form is now ready to capture leads directly into AiXios.
