Account Branding Overview: #

Branding your AiXios account makes the platform feel like your own. You can customize logos, color themes, and define custom values (like your company name, address, etc.) for use in communications.

Upload Your Logo and Set Brand Colors: #

Switch to Agency View (if you have agency-level access). Go to Settings > Company (Agency Settings). Under the White label or Branding section, find where to upload your Agency Logo. Click to upload your company’s logo. Use a PNG or JPG with a transparent background for best results (Recommended size ~350 x 180 px). Set your brand color or theme by inputting your hex color code to match your company’s color. Save the branding settings.

Customize Account Details and Custom Values: #

While in Agency Settings > Company, fill out your Company Info (business name, email, phone, address, website URL, etc.). Switch to the sub-account Settings for your business and under Business Profile, fill in business name, address, time zone, etc. Navigate to Settings > Custom Values in the sub-account menu. Click + Add Custom Value and create entries for common info you’ll use: e.g., {{company.name}}, {{company.address}}, {{company.phone}}, etc.

Apply Branding in Communication & Assets: #

Incorporate branding into your AiXios assets. In your funnels or websites, replace any placeholder logos with your uploaded logo. Use your brand colors in the funnel page settings. In Email Builder, create a template for your email footer that includes your company address and name using custom values.
