Set Up Review Requests: #

Log in to your aiXios account and from the left menu, click “Reputation,” then go to “Review Requests.” In the message editor, write a simple message like: “How did we do? We’d love your feedback – leave us a review!” Click the link icon to insert your Google or Facebook review link. Choose your sending method: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if connected to your account).

Automate Review Request Process: #

Go to Automation → Workflows and click “+ New Workflow” or edit an existing one. Set the trigger as: “Pipeline Stage Changed” or “Appointment Status = Completed.” Add actions to send the review request through: Send Email, Send SMS, Send WhatsApp. Save the workflow and turn it ON to activate the automation.
