Create SMS Drip Workflow: #

Open your browser, go to the aiXios login page, and log in. Click on Automation from the left menu, select Workflows, then click + New Workflow. Name it something like: SMS Drip Campaign. Choose “Tag Added” as your trigger and select the tag: (eg: SMS Campaign). Click Save Trigger.

Add Day 1 SMS Sequence: #

Add a Wait step and set to: 0 Days (optional for instant delivery). Add a Drip step with Batch Size: 100 and Drip Interval: 20 minutes. Add Send SMS step with Message: “Hi {{contact.first_name}}, welcome to our newsletter! Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Click Save.

Add Subsequent SMS Messages: #

For Day 3 SMS: Add Wait step set to 2 days, add Drip step (Batch Size: 100, Interval: 20 minutes), add SMS with message: “Here’s your exclusive discount code: SPRING20. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” For Day 7 SMS: Add Wait step set to 4 days, add Drip step, add SMS with message: “Last chance to claim your offer! Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Review each step, toggle the workflow switch ON, and click Save & Publish. Test by adding the SMS Campaign tag to a contact and monitor the sequence delivery.
