Using AiXios’s Billing and Invoicing Features

Billing System Overview: #

AiXios’s Payments system lets you send invoices, accept payments via Stripe, and even sell products or subscriptions. This streamlines billing directly inside AiXios.

Connect a Payment Gateway: #

Before sending any invoice or taking payments, connect your Stripe account to AiXios. In the sub-account, go to Payments (in the left menu). Under Payments, click Integrations and click Connect Stripe. This will redirect you to Stripe’s authorization page. Log in to your Stripe account and authorize AiXios (LeadConnector) to connect. Once connected, back in AiXios you should see Stripe listed as connected.

Create and Send an Invoice: #

In AiXios, navigate to Payments > Invoices and click New Invoice to create one. At the top, your business information may auto-fill from your Company profile. In the Bill To section, search for an existing contact name or click + Add Client to enter a new client’s name and email. Click Add Item to add a line item to the invoice. Type a description, set a Quantity and Price. Add additional line items as needed. Ensure the Issue Date and Due Date are correct. Once the invoice looks good, click Save.

Send and Track Invoices: #

After saving, look for a Send button and click Send. A dialog will ask how to send: you can typically email and/or SMS the invoice link. The client will receive an email with a link to the invoice page where they can pay by credit/debit card. After sending, in Payments > Invoices, you’ll see the invoice listed with a status (Sent, Viewed, Paid, etc.). When the client pays online, Stripe will process the payment and mark the invoice as Paid in AiXios automatically.
